Remembering Independence Day 1996.
I was 9 when the first Independence Day movie came out. I remember sitting in the theater being terrorized and mesmerized by what I was seeing on the screen. To celebrate the new Independence Day: Resurgence, I created a short series of gifs to help remember the first time the world had to fight off an alien invasion.
